We would like to thank you for our wonderful new home. Everyone who has visited has been extremely impressed. Thank you also for the flowers when we moved in. That was such a lovely surprise.
Our house is everything we hoped for, in fact it has exceeded our expectations. Some people had said to us that building a house would be a lot of hassle, but we have experienced none of that. From first to last we received excellent service and support from everyone involved, taking us through all the steps very smoothly. Nothing was ever a problem or too much trouble to you.
We are extremely happy with quality of the materials and workmanship of all the tradesmen. We were impressed with the fact that all the tradesmen involved took time to do their work properly, and not just ’throw a house up’ as quickly as possible. They really put time, and effort, and care into what they were doing. You can feel in the atmosphere of the house. There has always been an incredible special feeling in this house, that speaks of a job not just well-done, but done with love and care.
When we were inquiring about building a house, we spoke to many, many people in Coffs Harbour from all types of businesses, and have not heard even one complaint about Toscan Homes. Rather everyone we spoke to was highly complimentary.

Julie – Your have been very valuable to us, from providing advice when things were worrying us, to your excellent colour advice (even though we didn’t pick anything blue!). Also a special thank you for handing our home over to us. Even though Tracey was in a rush to get to work, it was a very special time for us.
Bob – What can I say – Bob the Builder – a huge thanks from us both for all your help and advice. It was always easy to call Bob and let him know what about a hick-up, or for a favour. Even though you didn’t like hearing about the hick-ups, you always looked after everything we needed.

As you are aware, the rain we had in the first few weeks, really put our home to the test but the sun finally came out and we have at last got our garden into shape and the grass laid.
